Day 1: Arrival in Arusha and Journey to Tarangire National Park,

Destination: Tarangire National Park

Activities:

You’ll be
picked up from Arusha Airport by your professional safari guide and depart
straight for Tarangire National Park.
This park is famed for its large
elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and excellent dry-season game
viewing. Enjoy a full-day game drive where you may encounter giraffes, zebras,
lions, and many bird species. In the late afternoon, drive to the lush
highlands of Karatu for dinner
and overnight.

This region comes alive during calving season, as nearly half a million wildebeest give birth to their young, creating a spectacle of life and a feast for predators. Enjoy an afternoon game drive among the action, with opportunities to spot cheetahs, lions, jackals, and vultures on the hunt.

This is the best time and place to witness predator-prey interactions, newborn wildebeest calves taking their first steps, and massive herds as far as the eye can see. Your guide will help track animal movements and take you to prime spots for photography and wildlife encounters. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild and return to your camp for a bush dinner under the stars.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Journey to Arusha Airport for Departure.

intact volcanic caldera. This natural enclosure is home to over 25,000 animals, including the
endangered black rhino, lions, elephants, buffalo, and hippos. After an
unforgettable game drive and picnic lunch by the hippo pool, begin your journey
back to Arusha Airport for your
departure or onward flight.
