Depart Dar es Salaam early in a private 4x4 safari vehicle and journey west toward Mikumi National Park
The scenic drive takes approximately 5 to 6 hours, passing through rural villages, sisal plantations, and the Uluguru Mountain landscape before entering the park
Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at your lodge followed by your first afternoon game drive across the famous Mkata Floodplain
